Syarat Program Afiliasi

Berlaku sejak: 4 Juni 2026

1. Keikutsertaan (Participation)

  • Affiliates must register and receive approval from Mas Kos
  • Mas Kos may accept or reject registrations at its reasonable discretion
  • Affiliates must provide accurate data, including banking information for payouts

2. Kode referral & atribusi (Referral Codes & Attribution)

  • Affiliates receive unique referral codes/links
  • Commission is calculated for valid new customers who register and pay using the affiliate's code, per Mas Kos system attribution rules
  • Attribution may be voided for refunded, fraudulent, or non-compliant transactions

3. Komisi (Commission)

  • Commissions are bounty tetap per konversi (fixed bounty per conversion), paid once when referred owners complete their first subscription payment:
    • STARTER Package: Rp 20.000
    • PRO Package: Rp 50.000
  • New owners using the code also receive a 20% discount on first payment
  • Commissions apply only to successful, non-refunded payments
  • Commissions are held briefly before becoming final and withdrawable
  • Dashboard displays current rates; Mas Kos may update commission structure with notice (non-retroactive)

4. Pencairan (Payout)

  • Minimum payout threshold: Rp 50.000
  • Payouts process to affiliate accounts after commissions finalize and requests are submitted
  • Affiliates are responsible for banking accuracy and taxes on commission income

5. Larangan (Prohibitions)

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Self-referrals
  • Spam, false claims, or unauthorized Mas Kos impersonation
  • Bidding on "Mas Kos" branded keywords without authorization
  • Cookie stuffing, fraud, or attribution manipulation
  • Using false testimonials or promises

Violations result in commission cancellation and/or program removal.

6. Hubungan para pihak (Party Relationship)

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Mas Kos, and cannot bind the company.

7. Penghentian (Termination)

  • Either party may terminate participation anytime
  • Valid finalized commissions are paid upon termination, except for fraud-related cases

8. Perubahan (Changes)

Mas Kos may update these terms; the published version is controlling.
